Unfortunately, the HR selection process is quite flawed. It has already happened three or four times that I found a position for which I was a 100% match, applied, and wasn’t even invited for an interview. I’ve also reached out directly to the person responsible for the role and was ignored—more than once. It’s a shame; they’re missing out on strong candidates, for reasons I don’t understand.

I've applied countless times for positions where I was a 100% fit and wasn't even called for an interview. Recruiters don't even bother to let you know, they just ignore you. It seems like recruiters don't want to hire people.
