Interview
It was a very straight forward interview with the person who was leaving the position for a promotion and the hiring manager. I felt comfortable asking questions and everything was answered clearly.
Four stage interview process. The initial two interviews were with HR, then with my direct report, finally I met the head of the division. Everyone was professional and friendly. The process was a month.
