Got through a referral as my friends father was at a high post. I had submitted my resume to him and he forwaded it to the concerned department(Instrumentation). The process took about a month and I later got a phone call confirming that I have been selected for Industrial Training.

None, The industrial training lasted for about 3 months and they select the candidates based on the degree they are currently enrolled in. Each department has a specific number of Interns they can train.
