I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hilton Grand Vacations (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
Your give your resume to the hiring employee, they ask you if you can work in a fast and loud workplace, also ask how you would rate your experience, and you're hired. From what I heard and was told, anybody who gets an interview gets hired. That's probably why they have zero compassion and empathy / sympathy for their employees.

Interview
After I applied in the evening, the next afternoon they got to me by email to fill out a registration form that entailed filling out personal information and answering employment experiences. After that submission the next morning. That same afternoon they got back to me regarding inviting me for an onsite interview. I applied 2 days before a hiring event for inbound sales rep. Thats one of the reasons they were getting back to people early probably. The interview itself was easy, only asked 3 questions that were situational, and the interview Brian made interview flow by and feel more like a conversation than a interview.
