Very diverse, engaging and creative but took time to organize. People were professional and from various leadership positions. Highly recommend the interview process, at least as a learning opportunity. Company is also open to improving their processes and overall, created a calm environment,

HR process. There were multiple questions regarding professional aspirations, leadership oriented questions, international experience, etc. Good experience, the interviewer gave an immediate feedback after the interview which was very helpful

Assessment centre had a business case with 20 pages that needed to be done in 1 hr group interview where a resolution needed to be made in 20 mins roleplay where you had to reprimand an employee and personal interviews where behavioural questions were asked
