The interview process was inferior:
1) During the 2nd round of interviews I was told that my professional experience prior to graduation does not count. That was quite funny because my pre-graduation experience is very relevant, and laid the foundation for my existing expertise. It is worth noting that it is relevant for the position I was applying for.
I have to make assumptions about why I was told that, I may only guess, but what I do know is that such a statement was very unprofessional and unethical.
2) Funny and unethical simultaneously: the recruiter suggested a call, and did not show up then. It happened a bit after the 2nd interview.
3) I followed up by calling him, and we talked about my application. He said he made an offer to another candidate but this candidate, yet, did not accept it. Hopefully, he won't take it because I do not wish people to go through such an experience nowadays.
I was promised an email regarding the results of considering my application, but nothing happened again. I called a recruiter, and he just dropped my call.
My advice to those applying for positions within this "group" would be to avoid this "group" by any means. They are just wasting your time, and trying to replace you with something better.
Good luck to everyone in your job search!
