Applied online and was contacted by e-mail to arrange a phone interview. Phone interview was with HR manager and team leader from Liechtenstein. They asked about previous work experience, working style and future career plans.

Question about future career plans. Answer must be aligned with the company policy and position applied.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hilti Group in Aug 2013
Interview
Had a phone screening, where you'll be asked about Hilti's mission/vision, culture, etc.
And then a few rounds of actual interview.
1st round with local functional lead.
Mostly same questions, feel free to talk about career goals.
2nd/3rd round with global team lead.
The questions here are more intense, to test your durability on stress.
4th round with company CIO (video conference)
