Went through the whole interview process only for them to say that my CGPA was not up to standard. Keep in mind that I have been working for 6 years now and there was absolutely no mention of a CGPA requirement anywhere on the job scope. I fail to see how my academic performance defines how well I would do at a job considering my years of experience in the working field
