Online assessment focused on mental ability, aptitude based questions and a coding question of easy to moderate difficulty. Overall, the test and interview were manageable if one had a clear understanding of the basic concepts.

The discussion focused more on their internal experiences than on assessing the candidate’s actual capabilities. Because of this, there was limited opportunity to demonstrate relevant skills.
Additionally, some role-related functional concepts were not fully understood by the panel, which made it challenging to maintain a productive technical conversation. A more knowledgeable or specialized interviewer would help candidates present their experience more effectively.
