Several interviews and several weeks. Non-stressful conversation and nice people. Did both an in person and phone call interviews with various people. Get to know each other and then head into technical apptitude questions.

The interview process involved speaking with the head of the CRM division who is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The conversation centered around what the company does, and how you can help them meet their clients needs.
