First interview was a phone screening asking questions on my sales background (percentage of time spent prospecting, account management, # of accounts managed, etc.), interest in Hills, salary expectations, and educational background.

3 phased interview which was really interactive and educational. They made me feel so relaxed. There were 3 interviewers and it was an online interview. Most of the questions were about my past experience.
