I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hill's Pet Nutrition
Interview
I applied online. I had an inital phone interview with a HR recruiter and was told I would hear abck within 2 weeks. I then sat for a 3 person panel interview which had standard STAR method questions. Followed up with a phone call to proceed to the next step of the process which was a scheduled ride along. The offer was extended and negotiations took place.

Question 1
Explain a situation when you have had to stand up for your beliefs. What was was the outcome?
I interviewed at Hill's Pet Nutrition (Fresno, CA)
Interview
The interview process focused heavily on relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and examples of working cross-functionally. Behavioral questions were all STAR-based, and they wanted strong proof of territory ownership, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.
STAR format was used for interview. To keep things simple for them and for you, I would consider responding with, "The situation was... The task was...", etc. The interviewers had to take notes and it's way easier for them to do so if you tell them what each letter of the acronym applied vs them having to take in all that you said and make it fit onto their notes.
