First step was a phone screening with the human resources department and then a zoom interview with Hiring Manager which consisted of the STAR model of questioning and then a final interview with a panel of directors

Interviews start by phone and progress to in person if they like what they're hearing so far. After in person, a VERY thorough background check process followed by a possible written offer letter for employment.
