I had to follow up with them several times to secure the interview, but it was worth it. I contacted the director of hiring multiple times but they have to hire you during the correct 'season' when there are slots for trainings and there are a sufficient number of requests for tutors.

The interview was fairly basic and surprisingly short. They only asked about some prior experience and introduced their program. It was very easy!
