Interview
I applied online and was invited for an in-person interview a week later. The questions focused on typical customer service scenarios. The community manager was friendly, and I received an offer a few days later.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer. What actions did you take, and what was the outcome?
very comfortable environment, kind employees that welcomed me immediately. loved the openness, transparency, and bubbly atmosphere. excited to get the opportunity to move forward in the hiring process and seeing how things progress moving forward. they were very understanding.
