The conversation was more of a discussion rather than formal interview questions, They want to understand what you want out of the position and give a run down of what to expect out of the brokerage

HR process from initial point of contact through to onboarding was professional and timely. Training was helpful to learn their systems. Software proved helpful from day 1. HR accessible and easy to talk to.
