Applied. Spoke with owner. She asked out experience and some questions. Training was a few days long and then you move to the floor to serve. You shadow another wait staff to learn.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Highland Reserve (Louisville, KY) in Nov 2022
Interview
Quick and to the point. Office environment seems unprofessional with artwork on the ground instead of the walls. If you’re a good fit you’ll receive a second interview. Description of the job seems very MLM and is basically a door to door sales person, not client relations but more of a sales representative.
