There was an email, then a phone screening, then their own assessment (a 1 hour assessment on personality and cognitive abilities), then an analysis of their assessment on the spot via email, then a 4,5 hour interview with almost all shareholders. Most of the questions were focused on detecting what type of person you are, and if you would fit into the company; there were some analytical questions about their assessment. After sending a thank you email, I waited a week and a half for an answer. I then received a call the next day informing me that the job was taken.
