This was the technical examination that needed to be passed before a formal interview with someone from the company. It was just an online like browser recording examination consisting of two questions.

They were at the my university's career fair with some swag and a few iPad demos of cool looking things. They saw "C++" on my resume, and pulled me aside and gave me some impromptu coding questions. Then, they asked to see a sample of a game or demo which I made. 2 hours later, the called me back, asked a few more questions, then extended me the offer on the spot.
