This company's interview process is a joke. Do not waste your time. I applied for the role and received an email to set up a preliminary interview. Their dress code is business professional. I went in and spoke with the hiring manager who spoke with me for literally 5 minutes and sent me on my way with advancement to the next level. The night before my second interview I received an email confirmation. The next morning (day of interview), I received a call to reschedule my interview. Following morning, I receive a call telling me that I am no qualified and they are moving forward with other candidates. Why tell a candidate they are moving to the next round only to unprofessionally reschedule the interview then cancel! Not only that, but they have no sense of respect for time. They will text and call you bright and early in the morning to confirm your interview as well as at night. There is no need to confirm 100 times. Respect your candidates times. I am glad it did not work out because I can tell work-life balance with this company is poor and they have zero respect for your time.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at High Tide (WI)

Do not apply to this company. Several different positions are advertised on job sites, but every position they have is the same. It's basically just a management training program, so you won't really get to do what you want to do (Account Manager or Account Coordinator). If you stay in a lower level position you won't get any kind of benefits including healthcare. Don't be fooled by the "work hard, play hard" sell, you do not want to work for this company.

Interview
It was concise and to the point which I enjoy! I don't like being lead on just tell me what I need to know! The person on the phone was very friendly and it was also great to meet the same person at the front desk when I arrived! Gave me a good feeling that I already knew someone in the company. The atmosphere was very opening and welcoming!
