Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you didn’t receive follow-up after your interviews, that’s not the experience we want any candidate to have.
Our standard practice is that every candidate who completes interviews receives a phone call with feedback, whether the outcome is positive or not. Unfortunately, it sounds like something may have slipped through the cracks in this case, and I completely understand how frustrating that can be after investing so much time in the process.
