It was really cool and different. I took an assessment that looked at my decision styles and learned a ton about myself and the company. They also did a couple of working sessions so we got to see how we worked together.

There was an initial phone call, followed by meeting with the VP. There were some emails in between, then a discussion with the CEO, followed by an offer. It was an easy process, with great interview questions.

My experience with the hiring process at the HiPER Solutions Group has been nothing but a straightforward and enjoyable one. The interview process was incredibly well organized, with the recruiter responding quickly after my application was submitted. We all know how stressful it is when a recruiter doesn’t respond soon! The interview was well thought-out and very informative, with you exiting the building with a new perspective on yourself. The same week following the interview I was contacted by the company with an offer!
