Interview
Very straightforward. Everyone I met was kind, respectful, and welcoming. First call was a standard 30min screening with the Recruiting/Talent team.
Second call was a standard 30min interview with the hiring manager. Focused on discussing the role, my resume/background, and answering questions for the position based on my experience.
Third call was with the hiring manager to go over some changes in the role and what they are looking for.
Fourth call was the case study call where I was given a case study and required to present my strategy/approach to a panel from the team.
Last/final round was a super-day-like in-person meeting setup. I had multiple back to backs with my hiring manager, a leader/exec, and a couple other team leads.
After that, I received an answer from my hiring manager a few days later.
