Applied through a referral and got a link for filing in basic details. In a few days, got a link from HR for online test. There was no communication from HR so far over the call. I gave the online test and the good part is that the results will be shared immediately over the email and I cleared it. I followed up with HR over email and its been 3 weeks there is no response. If in such a big company there is no professionalism shown by the HR, it shows you are not worth this company.
After a nasty email, I got a call from recruiter asking about basic details again as I already provided the details in Google forms shared by them.
The information I got from recruiter is they can just provide 10% hike on my current CTC as service based company cannot provide much as per my experience. Completely a waste of time.
