Selction process is quite lengthy. First round was online test, it included questions based on aptitude, logical, verbal, programming and networking. For next rounds I was called in the company premises. Next round was Group discussion, my topic for group discussion was - "Who are better leaders: male or female?", Although everyone from the group participated in the discussion, but they selected only 2 out of us. Next on the line was Technical interview followed by personal interview and in the end there was an hour long Versant test.

Eligibility filter → 75%+ only. Pre-placement talk → company intro. Round 1: GD → elimination mainly based on number of turns spoken. Round 2: Aptitude + Technical MCQs + Problem solving → mix of logical, quantitative, and coding/technical basics. Round 3: HR interview → for the shortlisted ones.
