Interview
Absolutely horrible interview experience. Initial recruiter call was good, and I had the first round interview with the hiring manager, who really liked me. She explicitly communicated I would be put through to the next round, and to expect an email from HR. That email didn't come for 2 months. I sent 4 emails and texts to the recruiter who was organizing it, and they have been ignored. I understand if I am ghosted after the recruiter screening but the fact that I was repeatedly ghosted for 2 months after an interview with the hiring manager that went well is ridiculous. I reached out the the hiring manager directly on linkedin, and a few days later I was contacted by a different recruiter to set up the next round of interviews. I was scheduled for three consecutive rounds with different people each round. In the first of the three, the interviewer seemed surprised that I was being interviewed given my experience, and was actively talking me out of the role, saying the learning curve would be too steep given my experience. The interviewers are on completely different pages as to who their ideal candidate is, as the previous interviewer expressed great interest in me, while I was almost laughed out of the next one. It is utterly disrespectful to do this, and to do this while stringing candidates along for months with no contact is ridiculous. This coupled with the horrendous recruiter communication made for an EXTREMELY unpleasant interview experience. YMMV but proceed with caution, I personally would not want to pursue any opportunities at HPE.

Interview
I recently interviewed for a position at HP, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The interview process was disorganized and lacked clear communication. I initially felt excited about the opportunity, but the interview itself was unstructured, with some interviewers seeming unprepared and not fully familiar with my resume.
The questions were vague and didn’t align well with the role I applied for. Additionally, there were long delays between interview stages, which led to a sense of uncertainty throughout the process. It felt like they weren't as transparent or responsive as I'd hoped, which made the entire experience frustrating.
While I understand that these things can happen, I left the interview feeling that the company’s internal processes could use some improvement, especially regarding communication and organization. Overall, my experience was disappointing and not what I expected from a well-established company like HP.
