First interview - call from a recruiter - very ok, explained the process and so on. Second interview - call from 2 future colleagues (not from the future manager - they said the manager let them pick the future colleague) - not so great, they kept looking at each other with meaning at what I was saying, they wanted the interview to be informal, like we were buddies

Easy and straightforward questions. Positive and friendly atmosphere. Firstly I was contacted by HR and then my language skills were tested. The last part in the phone was an 1 hour phone interview with the hiring manager. Easy standard questions in order to check my background and work experience.
