The process was fairly smooth. The Hiring Manager needed to fill a few positions very quickly and internal hires was the quickest way, and had a few resumes in hand. Went through approx. 4 interviews (3 - Directors, 1 - Sr. Director), of which I have never worked with two of them ever again.
