Four Interviews. First one was a Phone Screen with HR. 2nd with Immediate manager. 3rd with Senior Manager. 4th with Unit Head. All were around 45 minutes. For me it was all in one day. But most candidates are called over 2 weeks.

My interviews were conducted virtually, first with a recruiter then with the immediate supervisor of the role. Both were conversational style, more personable. I was asked about my direct experience with operating systems and software and managing groups while doing so.

Interview
I applied for the job online. After about three weeks, I was was contacted over phone to come to the office for an in person interview. I met with the hiring manager and was asked general behavioral questions as well as specific questions related to my resume. The interviewer was very friendly which helped me do well.
