the process literally took two weeks. Recruiter reached out to me on week, I sent my resume cover letter, interview the next week got a call back the same day and accepted the job

It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. Both didn't open up their face cam, 1 can hear dogs barking in the background. Not professional imo but up for debate.

The interviewers are not opening video, it seems like I'm talking to a wall. I can hear pet noises in the background. Not that I mind that much but it shows unprofessionalism. An interviewee is expected to be professional but they seem not to act that way.
