      Interview

Title: Unpleasant Experience with Hertz Mexico's Interview Process I recently had the unfortunate experience of going through the interview process with Hertz Mexico, and I must say it was highly disappointing. From start to finish, the entire process left much to be desired. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. It took an unnecessarily long time to receive any response regarding the status of my application. The lack of timely updates or even acknowledgment of my efforts made the process frustrating and unprofessional. During the actual interview, I found the interviewers to be disinterested and unprepared. It was evident that they hadn't thoroughly reviewed my resume, as they asked generic questions that did not relate specifically to my qualifications. Moreover, their demeanor was unengaging, creating a negative atmosphere that made it difficult to showcase my skills and experience effectively. The interview process lacked transparency as well. There was minimal information provided about the company culture, job expectations, or potential career growth within the organization. This lack of clarity left me questioning whether Hertz Mexico truly values its employees and invests in their professional development. To add insult to injury, the feedback following the interview was vague and unhelpful. I was not provided with constructive criticism or specific reasons for not moving forward in the process, leaving me in the dark about areas where I could potentially improve. In conclusion, my experience with Hertz Mexico's interview process was far from positive. The lack of communication, unprepared interviewers, and overall lack of transparency left me with a sour impression of the company's commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. I would caution prospective candidates to carefully consider whether this is the type of organization they want to be a part of before investing time in the application and interview process.

      Revenue Manager Interview

      15 Sept 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Estero, FL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hertz (Estero, FL)

      Interview

Ghosted, honestly thought the company was great but it was a wolf in sheep clothing. Weeks after the final interview they treated me like I had the plague and would not respond to any emails asking if I am still in consideration for the role. Thought it was very unprofessional as I turned down job interviews waiting to hear back from this one.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Gave a "test" that tell you that you have 30mins to complete but they only really give you 20 mins, so work fast and use the last 10 just to check over your work.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hertz (Naples, FL) in Dec 2013

      Interview

After initial phone interview with recruiter, had a phone interview with 4 Directors. Next step was a face-to-face interview with 4 Directors (different than the 4 from the phone interview). Recruiter was very helpful throughout the interview process. Quick and to the point as opposed to some of my other experiences.
