I'm fairly sure I was already hired after applying online because I wasn't really asked interview questions. Rather just told what the responsibilities of the job would be and asked if I was comfortable with those. After my interview I was immediately doing new-hire paper work and scheduled a drug test.

Interview
First was a 15 minute phone interview with recruiter. Was then asked to follow up with a 30 minute in person interview with supervisor about a week later. No other interviews required.
