Interview
I was sent an email about the location and a package of questions to prepare for. It helped me feel more comfortable during the interview and I answered all questions with more ease than other interviews. The HR person as well as the Manager both attended my interview and asked me questions.
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
