Interview
A third party is used to screen resumes and contact potential employees. They set up the physical interview with the hiring manager on site. The interview is casual, you hear a bit about the company and the position and are then introduced to the company president. The president will review your resume and decide on the spot if you are suitable or not. The entire process takes under an hour.
