Herrmann interview questions

Sat through multiple conversations with the hiring manage/recruiter and then was passed on to next round where I was told the position had been filled internally weeks ago. This process lasted 2 months. They claim to be a “30 year old start-up” and the internal systems run about as efficiently as a 2 day old startup
