Short phone interview prior to in-person. Not many questions were asked of me by the Talent Acquisition Specialist. He wasn't able to answer some of my questions about the number of people in the call center or how many calls are handled. I met with the person who does the training. He was very friendly. The interview was very well done. He had a list of questions, and wrote notes as I spoke. He gave me an opportunity to ask questions. There are levels within jobs. Could easily get promoted after 6 months. Promotions are based on having two months of perfect attendance and meeting metrics. By the end of the conversation, I was offered the position.
