Phone Interview Only- Very first portion of the interview was to state your full name and where you are from. I assume that HR does not know that it is ILLEGAL to ask a candidate where they are from as it could imply nationatily or race discrimination

Very lengthy and in-depth interview with some written tests and a drug test. It felt like they really wanted to vet potential candidates for a long-term relationship and with the knowledge of prior employees exit situations I felt like the wanted a professional. They just wanted a puppet for the short-term. I never met with the manager that I would be responsible to until post interview.
