Heritage Pool Supply Group interview questions

I was able to get to the third interview level and all seemed good thought I had the position. I was told I would be contacted when they made their decision by a date. That date came and went. I had to contact them for the decision to hear “Oh we emailed you on this date and you were not chosen”. Still to this date never received that email so they ghosted me for some reason.
