Sat down with Branch Manager and Senior Sales Rep over lunch and discussed my goals, qualifications aspirations and where I saw myself going within the company. The interview was very simple and I had already felt at home.

Lengthy and thorough as I talked to six different people over four different interviews. Not intimidating, very friendly, and respected time. Due to Covid though most of the process was either by phone or ZOOM.
