Interview
1. case study exercise & interview - reading through a case and contracts for 40 mins, then had to roleplay as the lawyer advising the client on their situation (the client being the interviewer)
2. competency based interview - just a normal competency based interview, also with motivational questions about HSF
3. partner & their speciality practice area interview - this contained some technical questions but was more to test your ability to problem solve and think on the spot

Interview
The final stage of the process was a scenario interview and two competency interviews led by partners during an assessment centre, and a psychometric evaluation taken as an online critical thinking style exam
