After i applied for the position, then they said, they need who is strong in C#.Net oops. First round had online technical test on C#.Net oops concepts which will take 2 hours of time.
Then second round is telephonic interview, first time it was cancelled when interview is about start, reason- interviewer struct in clinic and then re-scheduled. Finally had the call, interviewer doesn't seems have border knowledge, he is expecting same answers what he knows, for 30 mins interview was on .net experience and later UI basics, definitions. Seems like he is reading out some Faqs and expecting same answers. Doesn't make sense to me at all. Its waste of time for attending interview.
If the interviewer is so smart should understand for what role they recruiting, the position is Principal UI Developer but they want strong C#.Net oops experience. Can they change title to FullStack Engineer. Please don waste your time if they come with same title and requirements.
