The interview process was lengthy, and I believe that is a positive. The company is thorough in their approach to hiring people. The challenge is leadership will promise everything to you on the front end, but they have a tendency to "restructure" your compensation. The restructuring will result in you getting paid less. The commission is not clear cut. Leadership has complete and total say on who you get paid on and how much. There's a lot of crossover amongst your sales peers on customers/projects, and that's why there's discrepancy. You also may feel like you're in competition with your peers, and that can be frustrating at times. The atmosphere in the office is very cold and stiff, and there's absolutely no reason for this. This is a small, successful company that appears to have a ton of money considering the size. I believe in striving to be the best, but the environment should more positive than it is.
