The process was great! It was over zoom and different levels of the company were in attendance and asked great questions. I would suggest going through the interview process and just be engaging.
It was a group interview with 3-4 people and went through resume together, asked questions about leadership and challenges went through. Each panelist would ask about 2-3 questions and was asked to tell about yourself to them.

Breif interview. They are looking for people to grind their way up through the company and are afraid of investing in people who will take their skills elsewhere. Reccomend saying that you never plan on leaving
