I interviewed at Software of Excellence via a recruiter the process was as followed behavioral test and phone interview. I passed those and they scheduled a phone interview which was entirely competency based after successful completing that I was then invited to a face to face panel interview involving two team leaders. I then did an IT test. first stage involved multiple tests then I had a phone interview followed by a panel interview with more tests.
