Initial screening is by phone and if successful you will get invited to an on-site interview with two participants (HR and department lead). Pleasant and friendly team but some questions were a little awkward.

Question 1
How do you promote diversity and inclusion in hiring?
Open day with other applicants. There were a couple of group exercises and tasks and then a one to two individual interview. Everyone was very welcoming and made you feel relaxed.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hendy Group (Portsmouth, South East England, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was an okay interview and was very formal and a bit relaxed which I enjoyed, not much could of been done differently and it was just as you would expect from a standard interview, nothing to worry about
