I have been working in health care for years , this is my first time being ghosted after being told I got the job. Very unprofessional. I got the vibe it might be a mean girls club after the interviewer said that I probably didn’t go to school with her and then proceeded to talk about freed hardeman. I was told I got the job as long as my background check passed. I signed employment papers and had a tuberculosis test. I have no criminal history and I checked with my references and they were never called. This makes me think the interviewer just didn’t want to hire me but didn’t want to say it. As a single mom who has been dealing with these mean girl clubs in Henderson, this is so disheartening and disrespectful. There’s no other nursing homes in Henderson to work at. I don’t recommend interviewing unless you want to work for people who have obviously not done cna work…
