Total waste of time. You end up doing 6 very long stages and get rejected without a feedback from nervous, rushy and impatiente personel. Potential waste of (a lot of) time.
Unsatisfied with the process. Difficulty level medium-high, similar to what you get in any big tech company. HR seemed to be arrogant and showed lack of motivation. Process did not take long.
Had a call with the recruiter, then one coding round, followed by three technical deep dives: coding (again leetcode), ml system design and ai theory.
I passed all the interviews but apparently one interviewer (ai theory) had the impression I was using some AI, which I didn’t.
After suggesting to come by person the redo AI theory round, they werent really open for that.
All in all pretty disappointing to get rejected in this way.
