Helms Home Care interview questions

Fast phone interview then a face to face with 1 Director and 2 coordination supervisors. They asked a lot of questions about experience and were very nice. They asked to have me back for a shadow type of interview which was ok because they were super flexible with my current work schedule. I received a call from the owner with the job offer later that same day. I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with a growing company with what seems to be a great culture.
