Was reached out to by a Hello Fresh recruiter and after completing a phone screen, he moved me on to interview with a team member. The recruiter had told me the process would move fairly quick, so when I didn't hear back in about a week, I assumed I wasn't selected. Over 3 weeks after my initial interview, I was reached out to by another Hello Fresh recruiter asking to schedule another interview. I provided availability & she confirmed me for another interview - with the same person I'd already interviewed with. I asked for confirmation that this was who I should be meeting with and she ignored me. I had to follow up multiple times for her to send me the link to join the interview, which she finally did, 5 minutes after the interview was scheduled to start. I politely let the interviewer know we had spoken before and her reaction made it clear the double interview was not intentional. Had a quick chat with her again and didn't hear anything more. Overall process was disorganized and the recruiter was not very friendly.

Basic phone screening - they required experience in eCommerce and setting up search result pages for products. It was pretty much a hard rejection after that based on that one condition

multiple rounds - excel test, behavioral interviews, light case studies. moves very quickly and recruiters can be pushy. Too many rounds for the role. mostly conversational and not too intimidating. you can ask to speak with people in the current role to get a betters sense.
