Interview
3 interviews, first with hiring manager where they explained the process, then technical with team lead where questions were to explain attacks or vulnerabilities but mainly open ended answers. The third one was with the area manager with some questions around team fit. Finally we had a short feedback session with the hiring manager before the offer. The whole process from first meeting to offer took about 2 weeks, so super fast.

Fünfstufiger Prozess mit zwei Online-Tests (ursprünglich falsche Prüfung zugeschickt). Trotz freundlicher Atmosphäre wirkte der Ablauf performativ lang. In der Endrunde überzeugten meine Antworten auf einige Fragen nicht — kein Angebot.

They sent a 4 hours long test without any clear instructions and the HR contact was unresponsive. Although I performed good, got an automatic reply that I was rejected, without providing any reasons.
